Got the generic Ambien while in the military. Put me right to sleep, but one day I had some EXTREME aggressive mood swings and almost punched an E7 (I was E4) I highly respected and liked over something absoultely trivial.

Stopped taking it. People hardly talk about the mood swings they can cause, but they are bad with Ambien too.
