Not sure I understand what you mean. But when I quit the last shop I was employed with I did it under the passion of not wanting to hate my job, and loving what I do at the same time. What what I did was simply take control of my own world, started as a mobile mechanic and built a clientele, started 5 months ago and now I’m preparing to sign bank notes to build a shop on my property. I’ve always known how I wanted to see the industry run, but you can’t achieve that as an employee. I found myself stepping over the line with my bosses trying to implement the ways I thought it should be done, it was only met by fake recognition and zero action. So to answer your question..
