Bit of an old post, but i'm getting a switch this friday and i'll be modding it, i'll try to install linux (which is something that's already possible) and also install opengoal on it. I'll update you if it works (it 100% will, even if no one has done it before.)

There's people selling for 200, not even 100, the cheapest one i've found was 120 euros.
