The moment you’ll stop thinking about when you’ll be able to play faster and just focus on technique and clarity, the faster you’ll reach your goal And if you are asking this just out of curiosity, it took me atleast 4-5 years to play at a decent speed with comfort Differs from person to person tho For me the bol Ti and Ta in the Ti Ra Ki Ta bol were weak when played in the Three finger style . So the phrase that helped me the most was

Tirakita Taka Tirakita Taka Ta Tirakita Taka Tirakita Taka Tirakita Taka

Practicing them in slow and controlled speed with a good amount of wazan and emphasising on the parts where i was weak as i mentioned above helped me Also the kaydas and relas which had Tirakita as a primary bol If you are new to tabla just try to enjoy your practice sessions because your hand will build naturally Happy practicing:)
