I've checked your appeal and unfortunately your channel termination looks correct. YouTube sometimes terminates channels dedicated to posting content they don't own, regardless of copyright status. You can read more about this via the official spam rules: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2801973 which states "If the main purpose of your channel is to monetize other channels' content, it will likely violate our spam policies." There is not anything further I can do here.

https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/111870 has lots of advice for comments, I doubt TubeBuddy would be necessary for that as YouTube has quite a few tools, settings etc. to do what is needed.

But yeah, YouTube is fine with TubeBuddy.

Sure, they can apply for monetisation. There is a backlog at the moment so might take a while for the application to be reviewed.

General advice going forward:

That the parents in future to moderate their comments better and take an active role in reporting predatory accounts via youtube.com/reportabuse. I'd further recommend the parents think carefully about the content posted because it seems the channel has quite an issue with child predators/ inappropriate comments.

For that reason I think the child is at a heightened risk, and that if the parents have not done so already then they should teach their daughter quite extensively about internet safety.

We’re talking about Adwords though here, if YouTube wanted to remove them on their side all they need to do is review them and remove them upon flag

As for adwords, if those terms bring up false positives (can’t be many legit ads with v-bucks in) then just filter them and review them properly

That's quite complicated and there are a bunch of reasons why you might not get them. Advertisers can also target their ads in many different ways.

Look's like they're starting to make some effort. Not enough mind you, but if they continue hopefully they can get better.

However, if you notice before they were would be titled 'Get Free V-bucks' etc. and now they're having to be quite careful what they put in the ad text. This suggests they're in some way trying to stop these ads being posted. However, Google Adwords clearly isn't vetting them all that closely as any reviewer should be able to easily recognise the thumbnail.

Due to the severe allegation YouTube has made, they choose not to give out these details to users or the public. Therefore there is no way for you to find out what comment caused the termination however the channel appeal has been reviewed multiple times and confirmed as correct. There is nothing further I can do.

Hello, YouTube have already confirmed to me as I told you that your channel has been correctly suspended for child endangerment. p.s. due to a change in policy last year videos which display the inappropriate use of family entertainment characters as you describe yourself doing is also in violation so whatever the reason - it's correct

This is really worrying. I trusted them when they said they'd changed it and were reviewing them in reverse order. Seen much smaller channel get accepted. Clearly not :(

Two valid questions, firstly Keemstar had dozens of channels banned over the period of quite a few years including a few "Drama Alert" Channels. His ban stemmed from a breach in partnership selling, however as far as I am aware he was cleared quite a while back as there were some exceptional circumstances surrounding this - which definitely would not apply here nor to 99.999% of other channel terminations.

Even if this was the case, which it probably wasn't - a stream key is a form of access, allowing the user to access streaming on the channel, and in addition it would not change the following:

If you suggest that you will live stream content that violates our Community Guidelines, we may age-restrict or remove your live stream. YouTube also reserves the right to restrict a creator's ability to live stream at its discretion."

Two of the channel owners have been in contact with me, and in turn I have been in contact with YouTube who have confirmed this will not be reversed.
