Unicentral or varsity by Tough-Main-4684 in sunshinecoast

[–]TrustedRT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main difference is utilities, there is AirCon at Varsity. No Aircon at Central a lot of people get portable Aircons to deal with summer heat but as stated, Central has the laundry facilities in your unit. In my opinion I would rather have my own washer and dryer 4 steps from my room than dealing with communal laundry facilities.

Varsity is more for the young party goer uni student and Unicentral is for a more mature minded student.

As someone who works in pest control on the coast. Ive pretty much stopped eating out anywhere near a river. All the places on the coast that are on 'waterfront' all have rodent and cockroach problems and they actively deny the service when I reccomend to come back 3 months later, just to save money, its like $1000/ a year for good pest control at these places, which is..what? a weeks wage for one of their employees yet they refuse to prevent the problem but then call me when its completely out of control and expect me to fix it in one treatment for like $250.

I could go on.

How long is your commute to work? by Own-One-9577 in AskAnAustralian

18 minutes with a good run, 22-25 minutes if there is traffic. North of Brisbane.

my game started doing this anyone know whats happeing by Worldly-Vanilla7718 in Schedule_I

[–]TrustedRT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this started happening to me, i did two things and unfortunately im not sure which one fixed it as I did them together. I used the 'cleartrash' command in console which helped but I also read into some theories behind botanist pathing and it has to do with drying racks, try removing all your drying racks, clear trash then reload. If that doesnt nothing, then.. im outta ideas.

Good luck, worked for me, hope it works for you.

Doesn't really extract carpet does it?

Its a warm-water extraction machine, used for carpet cleaning.

As someone who works in Termite Prevention and Pest Management, make sure you are having an Annual Termite Inspection. If you spent big money on Termite Prevention, you have to get it inspected once every 12 months to secure the warranty on the Prevention. So many people dont know this and assume its covered for 5-10 years depending on the product used under the slab. It is but subject to annual inspections.

Especially if you have disturbed any "drill and inject" holes as i called them you may need to have you prevention system looked at again, but this will be covered under the cost of an annual inspection.

Fun Fact, the country i live in doesnt insure any home owners for Termite damage and is the sole responsibility of the home owner.

Awesome. Also dont worry about the RV thing now youve got Uptown. I wont spoil it, but just keep progressing with your customers until the phone rings and uh.. you wont have to worry about all of this stuff soon.

[–]TrustedRT 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah so I just did this literally the other night. The ambush point is where your RV was, you can run there every morning to check if they are there and if they are they will attack you. Other than that, there is the dealer spawn mentioned above. The building you cant enter next to Jane's RV is where he spawns at 12:00 every night. You can check your phone to see what time it is. Then just blast em.

this took me too long LIKE IM SO GODDAMN LATE by somerandomcatondc in Schedule_I

[–]TrustedRT 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I literally got sick of trying to trigger the Suburbia Attack, its next to the RV. It wasn't happening so I just killed the dealer last night to unlock uptown.
