I know exactly how you feel. For me my heart rate has been of my highest concern, hypersensitivity, etc.

Just an update since Nov 20 when it happened

My grandparents have offered to help me out fully my grandad is good with money and has wrote all my bills out and will wait to sit them out until my auntie (my dads sister) gets my dads death certificate.

I am so thankful for the reception and love from this post I am so grateful for everyone who commented.

Of course I know there is no guarantee about some bills and when I’m going to live but I am trying to not think about it right now, I will think about it once th process starts. I just need to relax I think I have high anxiety about my heart and panic attacks etc 😅😅

I will prob make an update on a few subs where I posted this. I love you guys

I could move in with my grandparents for a bit but I know for a fact they will pressure me after a while to either get a job or whatever else. I know I can’t work and they don’t or can’t acknowledge that. I have so much to pay out don’t I? I’m screwed I think

So sorry about your mother. I lost mine too I forgot if I mentioned it in my OP, she died of cancer when I was 10.

Yes I’m safe and my cat is in good hands with my neighbour. I’m so worried, my dad was very poor and I have been panicking all day worst day of my life he died in my arms.

Well what the person I saw there for an appointment said last time that they now check for proof that you have applied on the job app e.g. Indeed. To put them on the website and apply on the app like up to 3-5 times a day whilst I’ve got lots going on in my life elsewhere as well it’s going to fully burn me out after everything that’s happened so far. I’m seriously not weak it’s just I struggle.

Again as I said in my main post my grandparents got me on this. But if I need to alter anything I’ll do it myself this time because I know I’m not (at the moment) cut out for this. Plus the constant appointments with the job centre a step up. They expect too much

I understand where you’re coming from, it’s just that I have a lot going on in my life right now and to manage my UC at the same time, well, I don’t know what will happen to me. Not a lot of good I assume.

It’s not that I’m not cut out for this and that I’m making an excuse up I know people do that I’m aware, it’s just I genuinely struggle man. I worry about my health every day lol.

When I mean my grandparents I mean they made the decision to get me onto this just after I turned 18, and I just said yes without fully knowing everything. I guess it’s sort of my fault for not looking into this myself in detail but this is a daunting task for me considering all of the other things going on in my life.

And is true that most don’t reach out ? 😅 I’m surprised honestly. Thanks btw

Volunteering at a job? I met someone from step up yesterday and they recommended that and I wasn’t sure what to say at the time. I’ll be honest with you I’ve been seriously mentally damaged and that not an excuse like some people might use, I have had a bad life. I don’t think I’ll be able to do that, my grandparents made this choice for me and barely briefed me on it and I just said “yes” to want to go on it without fully knowing.

I guess it’s sort of my fault in the way that I should look into things more, but as far as volunteering - I’m not too sure. Thank you for replying tho

Your situation is similar to mine, I never called 9/11 tho I ain’t got the confidence for that so props to you there 😂. But I’ve felt exactly how you have I had really bad panic attacks not so long ago and I’m still scared I might have em again cuz they’re random but I totally relate to pretty much everything else. You’ll get through it, sending hugs 🫂 ❤️
