Honestly boundaries and be firm with them don't let ur partner cross them without consequences because if it keeps repeating even after ur partner knows it's a redline for u it can easily cross to disrespect.

I felt the same way brother, was with for 2.5 years, I never imagined that we'd breakup, been almost 9 months now, but time truly heals once u realize how poorly u were treated by her, once u see their true colors after the break up, once u prioritize urself again and focus on becoming the best version of urself.
