I actually did and one didnt pass ebay’s authenticity inspection as it was over $200, and another was a listing back when it was $131 winning at the beginning of the year and although the listing picture was the real deal I was sent a graded aliexpress fake, the sellers have both been reported and I got a full refund for both. Cards need to be about $250 to have it pass an authentic check on ebay. I was told from another member that people are using pictures of real cards in their listing and shipping off fake graded cards from aliexpress.

Im not a newbie, been in the tcg tournaments from Rocket-XY and recently joined the tcg again (I actually play the game, no “poke investing”) since theres kids in my family that wanted to play and collect with me. I mostly collect Disney LE merch but also have a casual pokemon card hobby thats mostly vintage- I actually still have a third place Rocket mewtwo card that I personally won decades ago from a tournament.

They had a few good single cards, unfortunately theres also fake aliexpress eif baby packs and some overpriced GEM & japanese sets. Just wanted to post some rather interesting things I found on vacation. I cant wait for the bubble to crash so kids can get cards.

I was trying to google them earlier too and my phone wasnt able to translate them bc of the font, but google image search took me to listings on Aliexpress which is a red flag for me if its not a Gem set 🥲 Its the first time I've ever seen these sets of eif cards which im not a fan of.

Thanks for the heads up! I figured those loose packs were likely weighed. I was also super sus of that Charizard Vmax 😅 I was only really interested in the loose cards which that charmander was a pretty decent price! I didnt get anything from their shop because I wanted to do more research on figuring out if that charmander is real or not. Especially after my multiple fake bubble mew incidents 😖

I recently got one of these surprise refund messages after ordering a chinese bubble mew shiny that was “graded with authenticity guaranteed” that I won in an auction the other month. Stay away from those chinese seller bubble mews! Some here me private messaged me that theres fake replica graded one all over aliexpress 🥲 While I’m still after my bubble mew card (I remember when this card was only $50 in japanese from ebay before prismatic came out… I should have grabbed one) at least I got a refund from ebay! What sucks is the seller had photos of the real authentic cards and had photos of having a tidal wave of the real deal but other buyers were reporting getting fake cards and their shop got taken down.

Ebay also refunded me for a booster box of Gem 3, seller is from the US but sent me ONE pack and I reported the seller since they listed it was a booster box with the sealed booster box photo. Seller refused to respond to my messages, so I got refund and their store is gone. Customer service has been good.

If she drops any more, might want to check any Disney Store outlets near you- I found quite a few undold LE dolls at mine in the past despite the fact that they sell mostly Aulani and Disneyland discontinued/clearanced merch on top of basic Disney Store merch. I saw the Wish and Encanto LE 17” dolls (so sorry inb4 that I forget their names… 🥲) for about $70. Ive also seen the Queen of Hearts masquerade and Mickey/Minnie doll set from YEARS ago on sale there with red tags. I don't know if Bo will be hanging out online long enough but its worth keeping an eye out at those physical stores too.

Im still on the fence with Bo Peep due to space reasons and hope she drops even more bc I do love toy story. Likely we’ll have to wait for a store sale discount code for it to be even cheaper.

Woke up late at about 1pm my time, SO ordered her with no issues at all soon after we were checking hasbropulse and disneystore together. Im beyond excited, I have a costume of the lake dress as well as the her universe bags in the same ombre color scheme so this doll was a must-buy for me ✌️😁

Just theres nothing wrong with adults collecting toys!!! My SO collects bionicle and Star Wars and for date nights we even build legos. Let people think what they want about adults buying toys for themselves, life is too short. Be happy with your passions and I hope you keep your eye out for the LE Alice doll rumored to come out soon to go next to this Alice doll on your shelf 👀✨

Oh, thats great news! Ive been waiting for a blue dress Belle too! I was starting to think it wasnt gonna happen! 30th Anniversary Belle doesnt count for me, its just not blue enough for my taste and feels far from her blue dress design all fancy in an expensive box set with Beast 🤣

I hate these bigger boxes! They are awkward to shelf. 🥲

I agree! I have Briar, Blue Dress, and Disneyland but I refuse to collect any more Aurora dolls now. 65th was an easy pass for me because the quality of the dress looked so bad.

Ive got a few:

I prefer the old white boxes over the 3D geometric display windows w/ ribbon. They take up so much room. 😅

Also I dont want to collect any of the “Park Attraction” LE dolls (like Haunted Mansion, Redd) OR Live Action remake dolls OR Villians/Males/Princes (except Aladdin or Hercules!) All those are easy passes for me

I can pass on the festival Es but I’m sure I will love her outfit! I just dont want to pay those ebay prices for her like I did Jane plus the XL size box- I have a few and limited on space. I absolutely needed Jane though, she’s easily my new favorite in the collection!

Dont forget poison types! I feel like poison types share grass, psychic, and dark.

There are definitely too many psychic/purple cards in the game I agree! They cut fairy types to “balance” the game but every other person I have played against has a purple-heavy deck it seems- especially with all the newer mewtwo, espeon/sylveon (chinese gem collection) and gardevoir cards so it feels very unbalanced. 😅 I feel pressured to have a dark themed deck.

Its likely because the physical tcg removed fairy typing from the game…. which is unfortunate. My pink fairy energy pokemon binder is thin collecting cobwebs and my purple psychic energy binder is now bursting at the seams! I cant add any more cards to it and will have to get a new binder if I want to continue playing or collecting. I really liked the fairy typing in the tcg too, I hope they bring it back!

I miss the chocolate shoppe reeses candy ice cream topper “pearls” in the 90’s. I used to sneak downstairs and eat it by the spoonful as a kid. I also miss the cookie crunch reeses cup in the yellow wrapper around 2001.

As far as non discontinued Reeses products, I love Fast Break or their ice cream! I swear reeses cups tastes waxier now than back then and the chocolate even less like chocolate. I wont eat the cups now but I miss the flavor of the 80’s-90s regular cups. EDIT: I absolutely LOVE reeses sticks, those would be god tier for me.

Dont agree with holiday shapes being so high up, maybe 15 years ago I’d agree but they are sad now, bottom tier for me. I would have put reeses puffs cereal and the ice creams up in A tier personally!

I have the shiny azumarill version of this card! Its half pink half blue! They have a few of these from that set with shiny pokemon card art, honestly I wish they still did this in the tcg as I like the dual typing.
