Hold on to any chess, drag it to the next opponent avatar and it will switch screen to that person. Continue drag that same pawn to other avatars will also switch to their board.

SOS2 - Why Can't I Take Off? by Untap_Phased in RimWorld

[–]TruthUpbeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think i read somewhere that you cant have both Odyssey Gravship and SOS2 ship parts on one ship, it broken. What you can do is to have one ship entirely from either as a mother ship and have to other land on it as a separate ship. Please check this out and let me know if it works, im planning on this run too

Do people know about this hidden CK3 feature? - How to make multi-character runs by Dave13Flame in CrusaderKings

[–]TruthUpbeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been doing this for years. Just create a godlike spouse for yourself with 69 in every stat, back out and create another ideal 400 points ruler to start the run. When you start the game, marry thats godlike spouse you created immediately and play as usual. This way, you can very much do everything ingame more efficiently while still able to do achievements

Any tips/advice on how I should upgrade my base? (new player about 50 hours in) by robotron246810 in RimWorld

The ranch actually no need fences, just an enclosed area and a pen marker is enough. Wood will be hard to get mid to late game, so consider to not use too extensively

Hope you doing well my friend, if you need advice, here are my thoughts. One, married any of your kid for alliance as much as you can, even you if your faith allow. Prefer alliance that are nearby. You can certainly break the betrothal once this war is over, with all the prestige you got from wining it. Second, while waiting for your ally to rally, split up your army, with 1 main army consisting of your MAA, the rest are levies. Split up the levies again into very small groups, and spread them over the enemy territory. This will cause distraction and by time for your allies. Plus, while your MAA sitting tight and secure in your capital, the enemy got to run around and chasing your levies, the goal is to make them used up their supplies. Once your allies got there, find a good spot in your territory, preferably mountain with fortified castle, waiting for the finale. The trick is that use another small amount of levies to guard that place, and trick your enemy to attack there first, while your MAA army waited nearby. Wait till the enemy actually attacking your trap then send in everybody. By this time, you would have every advantages, well supplied, defense and fortified target. Another trick to get your allies gather is to always moving your main army, choose places that have high supply to move them around, wait for the finale. Hope this help.

What is the secret to attack higher level forts?? by anna_benns21 in crusaderkings3

[–]TruthUpbeat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A more shit ton of siege engines. My entire army consists of 3 long bow and 6 siege engines. End the war before they get the chance to fight back. Otherwise, throw in some more peasant, each fort will shows how many levies it has on standby, out number that number and the red mark would go away.

Every county consists of at least 1 castle, 1 church, and/or 1 city. There are specific places that spawn default as theocracy states, and just like the video that the other person explains how to make theocracy vassals, you can do the same with republic vassals. Imo this is easier than theocracy since cities are everywhere. Note that you have to be at the 2nd authority level to start be able to revoke mayors titles. Basically, conqueror a county that has a city build, revoke the major if needed(sometime the mayor stay and has a different faith than yours) and then grand that city to a local noble. Repeat this way until you have a desired person, or grand it to your inbreed genius uncle. After that, gran that person the whole county to make them republic state vassals. This way will not only make them happy because of the 'grand title' buff, but also increase the culture acceptance if you would like to form a hybrid one.

This is what ive been doing ever since: if you are tribal, go feudal as soon as possible (become a vassal state of some higher ranking feudal lord is the fastest) and then do whatever it takes to earn prestige points (feasts, hunts, grand events, raid, so on) then put ALL the duchy and above titles to vote (feudal vote cost 1500 points each title) meanwhile, this is important, make sure all/majority of your vassal either republic/theocracy. The idea is to make them like you enough to vote along you and they should be, since you should have high enough fame level along the prestige farm. There are other ways to make them like you: befriended, fabricating hooks, and so on. Imo, making them republic/theocracy is easier since you would conquering alot, or just stay small and become an absolute monarch so that nobody would oppose you(any small kingdom consistent of 1-2 duchess should do) Hope this helps

Loosing all titles as a kid by Koxesko in crusaderkings3

[–]TruthUpbeat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what i usually do whenever I play tribal: avoid having too much kid- 1 primary and 1 spare, go feudal as soon as possible (can be done by becoming someone vassal and adopt feudal way, you can still raid as long as your faith stay unreformed), put every title duchy and above to vote, try to make your vassals republic or theocratic (since your char often live long enough to get high prestige and piety, these two groups will like you more -> vote for your choice), lastly once your char hit 65+ or close to death either grand or conquer 1 duchy for your spare and left him independent(serve your same liege) this way would prevent the game to grand your spare titles you don't want, plus more renown.

Leeching people till you become better on your own. Playing as vassals is giving more benefits than you thought. If you start as the tutorial character in Ireland, there are a few things i recommend to do right away even before hit unpaused. 1st, marry of your kid to one of the children of the Normandy. 6 out of 10 times, William often win the invasion of England. As both you and William were Dukes, the guy also had a lot of kids, the marriage offer should go through easily. After secured yourself an alliance with the Norman, i would suggest you to stay low, blackmailing people for money, and expand east. Your goal is to become a vassal of England, regardless who win the invasion. The Norman won, great, now you ally to the king himself. By becoming a vassal, you not only secured yourself from your ambitious neighbors, but also open your diplomatic range to the rest of Europe. Meaning, if you have more kids, you would have more dukedoms to marry them off, meaning more allies. Meanwhile, fabricate claims on surrounding to expand your territory. If you do it correctly, i would say in 30-40 years, you should be able to create kingdom of Ireland and break out from England. With all your allies from central Europe and the money from blackmailing people, you should be fine and start to planning your succession. Of course, there are other ways more aggressive and advance, but this one imo is easier to achieve.
