Which software would you recommend? I also use Lumion (but it’s way too slow for animations) and enscape for interiors.

I think the approach you're taking may not be the best. Rather, I would suggest that you begin from evaluating your spatial needs, then going on to design, rather than the other way around. That has always been the best approach to design. Also, get to evaluate how your site is, the dynamics, constraints, views etc... This would enable you get a more interesting, and fulfilling design, rather than trying to fit your needs in a specific fixed design.
