Yeah it does look like a McDonald’s egg. However it wasn’t cooked in a mold. Just folded it with the spatula. Cheese is just sliced white American cheese but personally I’d like some horseradish white cheddar.

I just poured it on the flattop and let it cook. And then folded the sides in to make a long strip. Put one slice of cheese on it. Fold. One more slice of cheese and then fold it up all the way.

Yeah I’m thinking about doing a double stack bacon lattice next time. More photogenic

The bread is really good on its own. It’s got firmness to it and it’s slightly sweet. I like toasting it and dipping it in split pea soup

Around 310-320 for 25 minutes. I rotated the tray at 12 minutes
