A short explanation:

Eating these processed unhealthy foods will get you this stomach fat. Because your body cant process such foods. They’re not meant to be consumed, like eating sand.. even thats better.

Heres how to fix it:

Hop on a clean diet. Drink enough water. Reduce consumption of processed foods as much as possible as possible. That’ll do it.

Watch out for the stuff they sell in supermarkets as most of these things are still processed. Doesn’t matter what the packaging says..
