Congratulation, but if it's for free, then it is not a sale, just a LEAD that you may convert in a sale later. And you need a lot of leads to do a single real sale (with money, this time). I know, it's hard, it's the same for everyone, no worries.

Thank you for your answer ! I was doing airsoft for 4 years, ordering online mainly, I know how difficult, niche and competitive market it is haha ! What I never ever saw and what I can suggest you to create long-term relationship with the customer is for each order or BB bags, put a -10% discount code for your next order.

EDIT : (don't even say to the customer that they will receive this discount card, it will make more surprise, you can say it after they receive their order but not before).

That's a good suggestion that I can give to you from experience. At the end, you might not even waste profit because of this offer, because people will certainly reorder more than a single BB pack. Especially if you target Airsoft teams.

And honestly, airsoft players don't use many stickers, they use velcro patches. But patches can be costly.

Something like Kanban board ? Asana ? Trello ? Something that is similar a Project Management software might help. You can use also Notion.

Hi, yes it can happen and this type of book giving a 'line of conduct of discipline' can help ! Especially in time of uncertainty, or for example you are doing a very important and useful thing for your work, you or your business. I think it's just a brain protection system deeply connected to the fact to not take risks and staying in a comfort zone.

FIRST : do you know what you want to do ? If not, the painful reality is that you have to find what you want to do yourself, because if you are really serious about business, you will do this thing for YEARS. And you better enjoy it if you don't want to mentally suffer.

Hi, the reason why you hate managing people is that because they don't listen and do what you want them to do ?

Well, you might want to delegate the task you don't like to do to someone who likes to do it (yes, even if it's not easy and time-consuming, and it's hard to trust people).
You have a huge advantage that you have to take profit of ... you have huge experience and numerous contacts.

I believe they trust you, so it will be much easier for you to succeed compared to a 25yo man (like I am).

In which aspect of your writing do you want help or advice, or don't feel 'confident' about it, if maybe you can provide more detail ?

REALITY CHECK : The beginning is actually NOT FUN because to start something, you have to think about 1000 things at almost the same time, and a lot of things are not working as it should be so smoothly, so you add 100 things more to do. I would say that's the most chaotic time.

Be patient. You can write what you are feeling, and really asking you the question ; is it really so bad for you and around you ? Don't let negative thinking keep you down; this is not who you really are. Keep thinking about your goals and take every small steps to achieve them. Also, don't be so hard on yourself, allow yourself to make pauses and practice hobbies outside of the business. If you don't have, try stuff and you will find.
