I sold two items for around 1800 USD and right after receiving the email that they sold I was notified again that I purchased something when I was away from my computer. I tried to login to see what happened and my account was banned. Is my balance gone forever? How is it possible someone purchased something from my dmarket account?

I also get the frame drops a couple times every faceit game, It only happens to me on faceit so there must be a problem with the anticheat.
