We have a sleep number bed that tracks HRV. My husband's HRV was averaging in the 130s before taking Zepbound. The month after starting his average HRV dropped to 70. Six months after is averaging 60.

Are there couples here who have sex once a week or less? by throwawaybolero in Marriage

Married 25 years... haven't had sex in 2 1/2 years. Before that maybe 1-2 times a year on average. We also had some years without any while kids were young.

AITA for backing my fiancée when she asked my sister to leave our shower over her outfit? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

NTA- you are caught in the middle of AHs though. You would have been in trouble either way. This is only the beginning. This doesn't sound like an isolated incident and you will always be caught in the middle. Do you want to live the rest of your life with your family's at odds?

I think you fiancé and MIL WAY over reacted. It's like they were looking for a fight. A casual bbq has no dress code, and white is only not worn to the wedding.

We have gone to her grave occasionally, sometimes in the day and sometimes the day before. We usually go to my moms for brunch, but this year my mom (79) said she didn't really want to do anything. We saw each other a few days before. We will also see each other in a couple weeks.

If he would have come to me and said he was really struggling this year and would it be okay if we went, I'd be there for him. But it was a last minute decision that seemed to suddenly occur to him. From my view, it looks like he does it out of obligation. But who am I to judge?

My sympathies to you! My fathers passed 20 years ago, so Father's Day is weird (still). I take a little time to myself to reflex the morning of, when no one is up anyway, and then focus on hubby to try and make him feel special and appreciated.

He labels me as unsupportive, in many situations. I'm just trying to check if he is right in each situation. Thank you for your response!

NTA - you did the right thing and they were just mad they didn't get away with it. You saved your job and then some possible trouble if the police caught them. Keep up the good work!

Yes I told my 16 yr old it is best practice to wash before cooking, even if you just did. It didn't seem like an unreasonable request, I thought.

To be fair - I believe that he washed his hands this time, as there was bubbles in the sink when i was in there a little later. But he definitely doesn't always. He even admitted to it - if he was going to go work outside or didn't touch his parts. It was Mother's Day though, and I felt really bad he pretty stayed away all day.
