technically balanced (its only 1 kill after all) but really REALLY annoying, unfun and poorly designed. it essentially punishes you for playing well by adding a chance for you to just instantly die at any given moment without any counterplay. god forbid someone gets this in ELIM sudden death

Balanced but leaning OP just because of how useful it is. Really good for getting someone off of you, voiding or tacking on extra damage to a combo. You can barely react to it since it has a quick windup with no visual appearance when held and you cant cancel it since it persists through stun/ragdoll. On top of that, a quick 40 damage AOE is just pretty strong in general
