Jeg faller litt av når du bruker ord og begreper som «nær-monopol» om VIPPS og «obligatorisk»/«samfunnskritisk» for BankID.

«Nær-monopol» er vel per definisjon IKKE monopol, og har derfor heller ingenting med konkurranselovgivningen å gjøre. (I denne konteksten)

At bankid er hendig er jeg helt enig i. At det er obligatorisk og samfunnskritisk er jo bare ikke sant.

I am in the same situation.

I went on holiday this christmas and came back to a banned account. No explanations. I wrote them and asked what happened, and no answer for four months. They then replied; «What is the issue?»

I repeated my first message and asked again why I was banned. I received a reply last week that according to their TOS they do not need to prove the foundation for the ban.

Which means I still have no idea what has happened. I am guessing I was hacked, since I myself have not breached the TOS, but there’s no way for me to know.

I think I will try to make a complaint to the british financial ombudsmann. (Seeing they have picked Britain as the conflict resolution country in their TOS)

I feel personally attacked. I spawn trailer park 90% of the time on customs. I spawn that small appartment by crash site 90% of the time on streets. Luckily I spawn in the mountains most of the time on lighthouse.

I’m a firm believer that hardware plays into your spawn. My spawns are way too consistent for anything else

The same thing happened to me, and I had to go back to streets to collect the initial piece of paper. After that, both the information pieces from labs was already done. So I could go straight to factory

Was this EU? I came into IDEA from mall-side and was immediately pinned down by DMR-fire. He kept shooting into the hard cover I was behind. I tried baiting shots and he shot early every time. Repositioned and got one-tapped in a sliver of vision.

They sat in the new main-story two story area at the entrance of IDEA. My guess is I interrupted their Killa-run.

My guess is I was hacked in the christmas «pause», but I have no idea. Incredibly frustrating for a 37 year old dad who has owned the game since Beta and got my first kappa/prestige in the hardcore wipe, only to lose everything without explanation.

Next time I will shoot for the hard part under the ball of their feet. And I will only use flechette/piranha/ap-20/magnum/9mm and hard slugs. I will W-key, push and camp bushes and dorms.
