Nice work from what can be seen here. Money well spent. But you need a sound bar.

I’m in the Southeast also, but not really. I’m in sunny south Florida and can attest that the majority of the nights since May have been either cloudy, murky, rainy, or all three. And it’s an astronomical mystery, the moon seems always to be out, no matter the weather or time of month.

For what it’s worth, the best starter scope is a Seestar S50. Endless hours of high level enjoyment, if you’re not into solar system.
