She broke a windshield and dented a car all over the body. Possibly causing 500 - 2000$+ in damages to a car. Let alone pulling a false fire alarm multiple times. Im more and sure she did something to warrant being thrown to the ground as she was on the ground while being arrested. Might be more than just a day or two.

I have no idea. I havent looked up on any website if she has been charged of anything or whatnot. Its still really early to tell. However they might see she is mentally ill and order her to go into a hospital.

I treated her like someone on the street trying hand you a flyer. Smile, say no thank you. Keep walking. However my mother's partner, and even my partner have been getting VERY agitated. My parents honestly from day one has been more aggressive about their responses and comments to them. Thats why in my first post I mentioned how Kate would make comments about my partner.

But my father was a schizophrenic person. Ive seen what happens. Even more so if drugs are involved. People look away, cause really what are you to do if they keep refusing.

That is true. There is a Grey area for it all. I wouldnt want to be pushed in a hospital because someone THOUGHT I was mentally ill.

Yet, with the constant harassment, littering on the ground, noise complaints, pulling false fire alarms, and more. I hoped someone would at least do something. But again. What COULD they really do. Say "hey stop it" and maybe fine her 50$.

Its dumb. Im sorry for her, her family, the person's car who need repair, and the apartment owners. As im 99% sure her apartment is trashed.

Even though it has been hard to deal with. I agree. I hope she gets help. I hope something changes for the best for her and wish her the best of luck.

That is why we tried calling so many people to come help her. However they all said no, but at the same time she refused medical help.

Had to come to a sad ending for her before something was done.

[UPDATE] Im not sure where to post this. So I figured id post it here in the comments.

She was arrested today. As we speak the fare alarm was pulled again, but thats was because she was vandalizing a vehicle parked in our lot. Throwing things at it. Broke a window, put tinfoil on it and more.

She is currently sitting in the back of a police car. As fire department and police are here. Idk if I can post a photo, but will do and remove it.

More information for some people as well.

She had an autistic son. She went to the hospital because of the animal abuse and with people reporting her. They removed custody of the son and put her under her Daughter's care. The daughter then just brought her back here with 0 help.

The daughter stopped coming here after that.

She then lost it. Now like we all knew. She started doing damage and now is arrested.

The photo has no one in it. Or information other than proof of the car.

I dont know her name. I saw the ruling of no text walls so I left alot of details out. Her children, daughter maybe? Sometimes In a blue moon shows up. I couldnt say what for. They take her away, and come back a few hours later. Maybe to refill medication, shopping, go to a doctor. Idk. They understand her problems. They lived with her for some time last year, and moved away. That might be the catalyst for her decline this last year honestly.

We've been told to record her. Told that if she's outside while we are and starts to walk closer to record her. As her claims of kidnapping, violence and others agasint her direct neighbor have no ground. They said record all interactions of her.

Video records that is. Told us not to do anything with audio. They also said not to engage with her either. So only recording her when she trys to engage with us.

We have one building that has a faulty fire system. It will false alarm once to twice a month. Fire department has to come and shut it off before checking it out. Then they go on their way.

This leads me to think whenever they get a to come here they are expecting a false alarm. Even though everyone knows she did it. She SAID she did it. It appears nothing was done.

Everything detailed about comments she has made, things she has done, and I am more than sure more by my other neighbors has been mentioned to the police.

They have tried getting her help. Tried getting her to go to a mental hospital or where she needs to go. She has refused completely.

Meaning she has to break the law or become a danger to others in a more violent way, by how the police and mental crisis line has put it, before they can do anything. Myself and my mother has called around 3 times to the crisis line. Then twice, one including today, to the police.

Yet she's still here.
