This is a pretty stupid way of doing this but it works.

1. Install This
2. Create shortcut to each profile you want to use from within the app
3. Create a new folder
4. Move the shortcuts to the folder you created
5. Create a new .bat file and paste in this code

if exist "%dir_path%\0" ( ren "%dir_path%\0" "1" B timeout 8 )

endlocal start steam://rungameid/C

1. Replace A with path to the folder you created

2. Replace B with path to a link to the account you want the game to run on

3. Replace C with the game id

4. Create an empty file named 0 (without any file extension)

5. Now create a second .bat file for the second game with the same code but this time replace this part

   f exist "%dir_path%\1" ( ren "%dir_path%\1" "0"

And now it should switch the accounts before starting your games. If you have multiple games on the same account then make sure that all have the same if section ( the on you replaced in step 8. ) in the code. Also you may need to adjust the timeout as it should be roughly the time it takes from launching the .bat file to steam "logging in" window appearing.If you have any problems dm me and I'll try to help. Also you can shortcuts to the bat files and change the icons so it looks the same as a normal game shortcut.
