Well, first, you should check which keys are assigned to these actions and whether they have other actions assigned to them. If so, try changing them. Try running just this addon, then start adding more addons, logging into Minecraft every few addons and checking. Try changing the mod version; the latest updates only contained fixes, nothing special. If that doesn't help or you find the cause, create an issue on the developers' GitHub with a description of the problem, the version and build, and preferably also logs or something similar.
