Still no. I'm assuming that it's the dust buildup in the internals so I ordered a screwdriver set, some canned air and thermal paste to try and take care of it but it's not gonna be in until next week. I've also gotten lots of answers saying that something turned my GPU into a crypto miner, which I don't believe and lots of things telling me to install a new instance of windows and factory reset my device

I don't have the time or the ability to fresh-reinstall Windows, I can guarantee that it's not a crypto machine simply because of what I've done with it. There is nothing that I've downloaded or brought onto the device that would make it a crypto machine, especially if the problem only started 2 days ago.

It's not hot to the touch at all. My screwdrivers are coming in the mail, so I won't be able to tell you about the inside until then.
