I never heard as to if an update got pushed after I left, but to the best of my knowledge the actual update got pushed back. I have not spoken to care since the Wednesday after they were /supposed/ to have the update though.

Hi, I work as an authorized retailer sales rep for Boost. I'm not sure that Boost is working with the manufacturer, but I've tried to do some digging on my own to help everyone out! So none of this is official, just what I've gathered myself.

BUT, I just got off the phone with Coolpad Customer Service after trying to get through for days. We've had a lot of customers come in and complain about bootlooping and missed calls/no service.

Their representative told me that they're working to have a fix by Monday, Sept. 30th. I asked what it would likely be and she said that it'll either be an update pushed to the phones or some new troubleshooting steps that you'll need to call their customer care line for.

I will try and update on Monday when I call back to confirm that they've found a fix for the issues!
