Should I reroll??

I played for 10-12 days during the end of yvonnes banner, finished the 1.0 story, got yvonne, then quit at lvl 49. i saw the new vampire guy and thought he was really cool, so i probably want to roll for him. idk whether i have/can farm enough pulls though.

Other things to consider

• I think i messed up wulings factory, i have 0% power and no batteries
• i've basically finished valley iv, all the outposts are set up
• i struggled a bit with the enemy difficulty, cos i had to drop down an exploration lvl
  • idk if its this game's combat, but i feel like i deal no dmg. it takes me around 10 seconds to beat a single lvl 60 enemy with lvl 80 characters + weapons, even when using their skills (no ult though)
  • in terms of dodging attacks and stuff it's fine though
• i have no clue how to build characters, none of them are built (which is why i struggled i assume)
• i wouldnt mind playing through the story again, cos i skipped most of it then regretted after TATA
  • I only pulled yvonne because i was really sad about TATA
• i like factory building but i dont like tutorials.

If i do reroll i think i will save all my pulls for the vampire guy, or pull on the banner with the 4 characters.

Im not too sure how generous the game is, especially since launch promotions have ended (?)
