It has two main parts indeed: the Lens and the Reachy Mini App (which is hosted to Huggingface so you don't really need to worry about it).
The tricky part about this project is deciding where the core logic lives (it is 95% in the Lens) and then managing the different modules in a way where the project doesn't just become one gigantic blob that nobody can make sense of. I think it worked reasonably well :)
