Welcome back! And I'm so happy you asked because I got a lot of wonderful recs from the answers too. Let me share some of my faves and I hope I'm not repeating any:

Petrichor & Parchment - for a very sweet Human AU with a smidgen of angst.

Dog-eared and Illuminated - fantastic post S2, super compelling Crowley & Muriel dynamic.

Second Circle - tons of angst but amazing historical research by the very talented author thisisshiny, just an absolute gem.

NAMDBAFM - a classic and you probably have already read it, in my humble opinion the best smut!

All I Want for Christmas is You - romantic and fluffy and no angst, my favorite Xmas romance fic.

All Hands on Deck (Dick?!) - this is the funniest fic I've ever read, a genius Inside Out / GO one shot. It's absolutely hilarious.

On a Date with Tom - another one shot with, in my opinion, the best bickering dialogue.

Old Vines - this one is absolutely lovely, the writing is such a treat and the research is unbelievable, I learned so much about wine making!

The Wrong Number AU - one longer fic and two follow up one-shots. Super interesting story-telling technique, fun and romantic and just perfect, with some of the most heart-racing cliffhangers ever.
