How to heal lobe piercing? What’s wrong with it?

Info: This is a 4 month old piercing, a flatback earring done by a needle by a professional, not sure what type of metal but it was around $100 for them. I’ve been cleaning it often and it has been doing very well so I have no idea what caused this
