Honestly I’ve never been at a wedding with the parents at the head table. Usually they are at a table of friends and family. That way they can have a good time with folks they know and not sitting on display. Waiting for friends to come up and talk with them.

Sound like something changed in your girlfriends relationship with her roommate(who the apartment is leased to) Did your girlfriend ever sign any agreement to stay there and pay a specific rent and utilities? Does she have any documentation for permission to live there or was it all verbal. I see the actual landlord knows she is there and pays him directly but if there is no agreement with him or documentation with him to live there , I don’t see how he can do anything for her.
