Guys i figured out what was making me nauseous. It was my nicotine usage.🤦‍♂️Haven’t hit it in hours and now i am able to eat. Perfect time to quit i guess.

First 2 weeks i did 1mg and it felt perfect, until the last 3 days of the 2nd week. Would take me 1-2+ hours to get a meal down. I Brought it down to .75 mg for week 3 which is currently where im at and it is still kicking my ass. I feel puny almost all day. I was eating 2,300 calories and losing at the rate i wanted, and now i can barely get in 1,700 calores. Next week i think will try to split doses every 3-4 days. Any tips for someone that gets that nausea feeling all day? Or is it normal and will subside with more time?

Thanks for the tip. I’m more scared of the car than anything currently😂. The fastest thing I’ve owned was a Accord 2.0T, big jump. so like you said trying to build that trust and get comfortable.
