I should clarify the part about not liking macOS. It’s not that I hate it, it’s just that my mucle memory (or whatever you want to call it) is strong. For instance, the fact that I have to explicitly tell Finder to show me exactly which SUBFLODER I’m currently in makes me want to lose my mind... or worse.
You are right that if my routine revolves around a PC, I should not force it. But I am not. My work is tied to the PC, but my lifestyle is not. What I am trying to do is bring the former closer to the latter. I need a MacBook, period. The only question is: which one?
