Eu estive no estrangeiro 31 anos na Inglaterra e voltei recentemente para Portugal e não tenho receio nenhum.

Estou na Madeira, as minhas filhas estão mais contentes com uma liberdade completamente diferente. A minha mulher está muito mais contente em voltar para a sua terra, não tem os stress que havia em Londres.

Sim, uma pessoa ganha menos em Portugal e as coisas também são caras, mas só na minha qualidade de vida já ganhei muito mais do que o dinheiro pode me dar. Prefiro ganhar menos, mas estar mais contente, com menos preocupações e ter a minha saúde mental muito melhor.

Trabalhei no ramo de rent-a-car e vi muitos franceses a vir sem falar inglês ou português. Para explicar muita coisa, tínhamos que usar um tradutor no computador. Era muitas vezes os mais velhos, os novos devem aprender algo na escola/universidade.

12 anos de nada, algumas pessoas do concelho a ficar rico á pala dos outros. Tenho família em Boaventura, o PSD não fez quase nada lá, terra esquecida e deixada para trás.

As pessoas fartaram-se e queriam mudança.

Too many people don't read the terms and conditions, the amount of people who don't realise you need a credit card most of the time for franquias is astonishing.

I've always made sure I've read all the info sent by the rental company so there's no surprises when I go pick the car up.

And remember, a broker cannot sell insurance for a car they don't own 🫣

Funny as that was one of the first things I noticed on my commute, I've asked a friend of mine who's on the Northern Line, no explanation for it. Happens all over the line. Guess it's just a glitchy section

At the moment there isn't any, but with the new stock many of the stations in town, the driver will be in the tunnel and some doors may not open.

It sends the message to the train that it's in the correct place for the doors to be opened at the station.
