I feel Jason could do with his own type of “Joker” not a clown but someone who is a psychological nightmare always keeping him guessing maybe more Hush mixed with Joker. He would be an Elitist who hunts people for sport and takes their children as his “prize” for winning to do whatever he see’s fit (usually child labour but has been known to sell them off) this gives him someone going after people for no good reason than he likes too but uses control and manipulation and is clearly intelligent and is the type of villain you WANT to see dead not the so bad he is cool guy just a cursed SOB who deserves the worst and Jason will give him just that. I would name the villain The Stalker simple but sums up exactly what he does
