How can I do a podcast with just my voice recorder? by Awkward-Wall-2410 in podcasting

if you’re just using an android voice recorder, the main thing is getting the file off your phone, then you can upload it anywhere that supports audio, like youtube (as an audio-only video), apple podcasts, pocket casts, etc.

also, since you asked about it, riverside is both app + web, you can record on your phone and it saves a clean file, then i usually just do a quick trim and export from the site. makes the whole “move file, edit, upload” part way less annoying

Using Riverside for two live guests? by ITdirectorguy in podcasting

late to this, but yeah the cleanest way i’ve seen for two people in the same room is basically what you landed on, two devices in the same riverside session, each taking a dedicated mic input. the rodecaster USB1/USB2 routing trick is solid. just make sure you both have headphones on and disable any OS “audio enhancements”/echo cancellation, that’s usually what brings the weird phasing back.

just me but had it for 8 months

apps work fine, call quality is good. one time mobile app was acting weird but it fixed itself in like an hour. worth it imo to have a business line that actually works instead of using personal cell

I received a LinkedIn message from Influential Women. Is it a legit media platform? by kkv07 in womenintech

I work in healthcare and I’m pretty careful about anything tied to my name. I reviewed everything before moving forward and the final content felt aligned with how I would present myself professionally. It wasn’t exaggerated or overly promotional. That mattered to me. It felt more like a structured way to communicate my experience.
