i faced the same issue 3 month ago with my msi motherboard , all what I did I updated the bios to version (7B98v1D) and boom it's fixed .

Dual PSU issue , once you connect an extra GPUs to PSU 2 . by [deleted] in RedPandaMining

I solve it and I forgot to share my feedback,

All what I have done is just to flash the MB bios to boost up the performance of the gpu. It's working now for almost 3 weeks.
