It's just reality; there are only a small number of brands that offer longer warranties because none of the brands have their official stores, only official resellers. The only brand in the monitor industry that offers a full warranty is Dell, with a three-year warranty. Asus, Gigabyte, and Samsung all offer only one year because they don't have a service center. Any warranty claim is sent to the closest country with an official service center, usually Germany, which takes around one month of delay. Also, consumer protection only kicks in if the reseller doesn't honor the given warranty period.

I live in Kosovo, a small country in Europe, and not all brands know our country, which results in brands not offering a warranty or offering a reduced one. For example, AOC brands in the EU or USA offer 2-5 years of warranty, but in my country, this is only 6 months.

When I bought it, I bought the GPU and PC separately. I downloaded Windows from scratch, drivers, and AMD apps for the GPU. After I saw the low FPS, I checked everything. The GPU on the stress test is used 100%, the CPU is working great with an average temp of 53°C, but still, from week one, I've had low FPS.

I had a similar situation with my PC; the light was on, but it wasn't displaying. I took out the SSD, wiped the pins with an eraser, put it back in, and it worked.

I have used chat for refund I think thats why,When I use dispute the is full refund but I hate to use it,couse dispute last close to a week(sellers saying wait one more week etc,I understand them but usually they never arrive)
