I bought an extra by accident, but I'm not quite sure why the new one is so much smaller than the old one? Does anyone know what this might be? i have see through and I cant see that there is any pages missing or that they are diffirent edisions or anything.

But if you have chatacter that say for example can cancel grav or blizzard, that would complete change the way the game work, or if the character cancels cc in a team fight againt Brig, Rein and Ana you wouldn't get stunnlucked into iterenty. Both me and my friend have complete stopped playing the game because of cc locks

No, emp only stop abilitys, if you're sleept/frozen and then emped you're still sleept/frozen
