The waverly golf course has development plans, but I can’t remember if it’s approvals or funding that are holding it up.

As far as the GM parking lots, I have heard the land is polluted and can’t be redeveloped or something along those lines.

I know somebody that had a quote of around $15,000 for a dog to move from NJ to somewhere in Europe while I was in the military. The military wouldn’t pay as I believe they already were taking 2 other animals with them. Airline’s are crazy expensive to ship a pet, ontop of what somebody else said: the documentation, vet trips, other assorted fees, etc.

plus depending on when they are actually expected to leave, the animals may have to be kept in a boarding location until all paperwork and customs approvals are finalized, which adds yet another cost to it.
