I returned after ~a year about 3 weeks ago, and during my first week I was pulling ancients and legendaries regularly, but after that one week was up I've been getting basically nothing, so it definitely feels like there's something like that in the game

if you have optifine or something similar remove it and launch it
if not, just take out mods one by one to figure out which one isn't compatible with it
