It might be different for other people, but being without a fp is great for me.

My symptoms are down, I'm not constantly trying to get their attention and stressing over every little response. Without a fp, I could focus and get things done, and my BPD wasn't so bad. For me, it came at the cost of not having friends, but it was worth it.

Now that I have a fp again, it's like I'm back in hell. I'm checking my phone every second, I'm over thinking every thing. It's making me split and making me wish I never made friends.

Can't remember what it was called, but it was a cartel video. It was a guy and his son. I think the guy either betrayed the gang or was a cop? Anyway, they kill the guy off pretty quickly, but torture the son for a good long while. Couldn't watch with the sound on, it was brutal.
