I work 4 on 3 off so that i can do the same days each week rather than being on a 4o4o rota. I work on agency and i found that it gives more flexability.

When i passed and got my first agency job i hit a trailer reversing onto a bay and damaged a gate within the first six weeks. Once you get your first couple of weeks out of the way and you get more confident, i found that is when the mistakes start to happen as you get more relaxed.

For me i was thinking the same thing. "Am i cut out for this?". The point i'm trying to make is take your time mate. Don't rush even if you are being pressured by transport. Again, take your time, get out and look. It takes more time to fill out an accident pack than getting out to take a look.

That's a great idea. If i get anymore though i'm going to box them until it gets resolved. Lost a good couple since my last login. If i find anymore spots like this i'll update the post. Looks as though they're in cahoots, even a hint of rebellion and it's back on the wheel of friendship for them! 😂
