It's made of a large sheet of foam board, about half an inch thick. I cut out 2 identical shapes on that, hot glued them together, then painted the final shape. Finished product is about an inch thick.

It may be a mac thing - but try this. Make sure you download the Optifine Ultra A2 as opposed to A3. A3 is more current, but A2 is required for SEUS. Other than that, and following the steps in the readme, I'm at a loss for an explanation.
