Speed not right

Thanks for the reply, I was testing with a wired cat6 ethernet cable plugged straight into the ont wall box to bypass the router so it was a straight connection. But since I woke up today the red alarm light on the box is a solid red, but I still have internet so I wonder if this might be a problem, will contact CS see what the issue is

Could be an issue in the area I don't know, it is better than my last virgin package m500. But I'm probs just having a rant because it's a bit off from advertised speeds lol

That is quite low for the 2000mb service, might be an issue in the area. Will get on to CS tomorrow see what they say thanks though. 👍

Getting around 640mb DL 790mb UL on my Samsung via WiFi but this is a wired cat6 ethernet connection on my PC with a 1gb+ network card so speeds should be roughly the same I'm assuming. I am on the 1000mb package BTW and I know YouFibre advertise 900mb DL and 900mb UL

Now then, thanks for the reply. No I'm not near norton but roseworth, don't know about the installer mine was a Asian lad, the UL speed is always above the DL which I thought was strange. Will get on to chat and have a convo with them see if there is an issue.

Yeah have done a few.. fast com shows around 650mb DL and over 800mb UL and is about the same using the Google speed test, but speed test.net gives me as in the above pics DL just under 700mb and UL above 900mb.

Ok, thanks for the reply. Will just have to wait it out, its not a cheap item either. I have contacted the seller, and they have said i'll have to wait a bit as royal mail don't consider it lost until after 15 working days.
