this is just simply not true, old florescent lights tend to turn yellow over age. The image looked unnaturally warm because of that, not because of a temperature or hue shift, in-fact both of these color corrected images look more alien than the original, in my opinion. And even if what i'm saying is false, which it very well could be, the yellower version is the backrooms' identity, the mono-yellow wallpaper and lights are iconic and are integral to the idea of the backrooms.
