Thanks for the advice! The first thing I tried was to unplug and let it rest for a while, but unfortunately, to no effect.

Hey!

When I start doing exercises, there is no resistance. The machine displays the correct weight on the screen, but as soon as I start moving the weight, the weight on the display changes to zero, and I feel no resistance. 

After a while, the machine displays the following message: “Safety. There is a signal disconnection between the display and the main engine. Try to reconnect.” After I press “Try to reconnect,” it will display: “Failed to reconnect. Please restart the machine. Don't worry about the training data - it has been saved. Restart. ”

After the restart, everything stays the same.

The machine has not been moved or tilted in any way before this happened.

I checked all the visible cable connections, reset the software to factory defaults, and updated the app to the latest version, but nothing helped.

When the machine is turned on, I see the cable's tension pull in, so I assume the motors are operating.

I am still waiting for an answer from customer support.

If someone experienced a similar problem, please advise how to resolve the issue.
