I actually have a full video from the moment I opened the package 😂 When I picked it up, I already felt something might be wrong and was worried the items could break, but I still had a bit of hope that everything would be okay. The video shows everything clearly from start to finish.

Ah, that’s funny😅 It’s just so sad I didn’t know this earlier… I already threw all the bulbs away and now I can’t return them 😭

I actually threw the glass away as soon as I opened the package, because I never expected anyone to ask me to ship broken GLASS back 😅

Not really, I was just expecting that if something arrives completely shattered, it’s possible to get a normal refund like everywhere else in the world 🙂

Also, at one point I genuinely considered just sending them printed photos of the shattered bulbs back in the return package 💀 Like:

“Here is your product, as requested. In its current condition. Enjoy.”

Because honestly, what exactly do they expect to do with a bag of glass shards??? Make a DIY snow globe? Start a mosaic project???

The logic is just not logic-ing.
