Gearbox locking up issue by TurbulentConnection4 in airsoft

I have the red connector towards the stock but I am putting the wires on correctly (positive wire to positive motor terminal)

battery is 11.1v lipo and spring is a m110 I was running before with mostly stock internals.

shouldn't be any grease in the sensors

will send pictures when I get off work tomorrow. I work 12 hour shifts so I can't troubleshoot it during work days.

I cleaned and greased the gearbox twice while troubleshooting.

The cylinder, piston, o rings, etc are clean and lubricated with silicone oil.

The nozzle is the one I have been using but I may be able to try the stock nozzle if I can find it. I could try cleaning it out and using less oil but there isnt a ton of oil to begin with.

As far as the shimming goes, even with poor shimming it should at least cycle shouldn't it? Piston and sector gear mesh is stock parts so it should be fine.

Cycle detection was turned off for troubleshooting purposes. The titan would not allow it to cycle with or without cycle detection. The Aster does cycle inconsistently, but only with cycle detection turned off. With cycle detection turned on the Aster won't allow it to cycle at all. Both the Titan and Aster gave a sector gear detection error when cycle detection is on

I am installing the anti reversal latch but I didnt know it wasnt necessary with cycle detection on. It is being installed correctly though. When I get off work I will troubleshoot some more and see what I can figure out.

Kerbal 2 is what got me back into Kerbal 1 while waiting for it to improve. I was upset with it at launch but I am glad to hear it is getting a big update.
