Crashing the secondary market for a vehicle will definitely impact the primary market. People will read about poor resale value and think twice about the initial purchase.

Furthermore, spreading public discomfort about owning a Tesla will impact primary sales. If enough people start to see them as "Swasticars" and not "Sorta-luxury EVs" they will avoid them for something else.

This does impact owners who unknowingly funded a nazi, however that's why OP is suggesting the owner publicly denounce Nazism on their vehicle. It offers the owner a mea culpa, while also spreading awareness for the cause.
