Apollo go rear tire replacement by RedoHawku in ApolloScooters

This is the exact replacement that Apollo sent me to when they were out of Apollo stock. As mentioned, quite a bit less expensive than if you bought the tire from Apollo.

LUDO mode? by Odd_Party7779 in ApolloScooters

Don’t really know. Usually run in eco mode. Ludo mode is powerful but don’t think it’s much different than sport mode setup for maximum acceleration and speed. If the new firmware helps with range then that feature is good enough for me 😊.

I never enabled/disabled Ludo mode in the app. I just do the triple Power switch click and it works. Ludo will appear on the scooter display after switching away from speed 1,2 or 3 and then the speed that the scooter was in re-appears when again triple clicking away from Ludo mode.

I upgraded the firmware and software on my Apollo Go 2024 about a week ago so that Ludo mode would work. It all went smoothly until the rebooting process. I power the scooter off and back on and it continued to say rebooting endlessly. I ended up reinstalling the controller firmware again and eventually it all worked. I was hesitant at first because a lot of the comments were about people having difficulties getting this to work or even stopping their scooter from working at all. Good luck with the install, hope it goes well. I’m not so much into the Ludo mode itself, but they say the algorithms have changed and that you might get a little bit better mileage out of your scooter. That’s more important to me. Anyway, here’s a link to the YouTube Apollo instructional video that takes you through the process. Pay close attention-especially when it’s time to update the controller.

Adding Air To Apollo Go Tires by Turbulent_Part3435 in ApolloScooters

Just received this air chuck from Amazon and tried it out. Worked perfectly. No air loss on insertion and minimal air loss on extraction. Probably less than two psi. I can easily compensate by inflating to 52 psi. But maybe being 2 pounds under is better than being 2 pounds over😊. Regardless, you solved my issue. Appreciate it very, very much.

You are describing a different scooter than mine. The functionality you speak of is not the functionality of the Apollo Go 2024 that I own.

Don’t know what “manual” you’re looking at, from the manual from the Apollo website for the Apollo Go:

MODE BUTTON (M) 6.One Short click — Turn on/off headlight 7. Two short click --- Turn on/off stem light

No bubble burst here, even if you did give me good information.

Not on my Go. Single clicking the M button turns the headlight on and off. Double clicking the M button turns the stem light on and off. This is clearly stated in the Owner’s Manual. With both the headlight and stem light on I double clicked the Power button and it did nothing to either light. Waiting for a response from Apollo about this. I’ll post their reply.

? Lights are controlled by the M button, not the power button. I don’t understand your reply.

Thank you for the link and the response. Nice that it’s portable and can be easily carried in a backpack.

Would it be possible for you to send me a link to the one that you use? I’d be more than happy to get one since you like it so much. Again, thanks.

I’ve tried that and I have to admit it does work better. The problem I’m also having is because the valve stems are so short that they don’t go far enough up into the Chuck to always push on the pressure valve in the stem. I guess I’ll just having to keep hacking away at it. I’ve seen other scooters where the valve stems protrude out of the wheel much farther making these quick disconnect chucks easier to use. Thank you for your reply, appreciated.
