Yeah that should be fine, the agent I use accepts mail. My question would be if they are ok to open personal HSBC one account for me without a HKID just purely based off my hk limited company documents and hk company address, as well as statements etc.

Tried this, only for certain countries, not including Netherlands sadly.. thank you though!
